Expectations & Managing Them
What do you do when expectations of what is expected of you at work reach a point where going even further out of the way to accommodate them is not possible? Is it a good idea to put down your foot the first time you have to go out of the way to fulfil something, OR, should you do it (fulfil the expectation) once in a while and let the other person (your superior) guessing if you will?
